Yousuf joined OGC in 2005 as CEO. His previous experience includes 18 years in Petroleum Development Oman including a 4-year assignment to Brunei Shell Petroleum. His main experience is in gas strategic planning and studies, development of major gas fields, project management and maintenance both in onshore and offshore.

In addition to OGC job, Yousuf is also a member of the following: Joint Management Committee of BP Oman, Joint Management Committee of Abu Tubul gas development of Oman Oil Company E&P, Technical Committee of PDO operated gas and Sultan Qaboos University’s Advisory Board for Mechanical and Industrial Engineering.

Abdulaziz joined OGC in 2005 as Operations & Maintenance Manager. He has an experience of over 21 years in the Oil and Gas operations. During his career he was associated with Petroleum Development Oman and Canadian Energy Services .

Abdulaziz holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Salford University of United Kingdom.

Ahmed joined OGC in 2006 as Finance & Contracts Manager. He brings with him finance, oil & gas, banking and auditing experience of over 20 years. During his career Ahmed was associated with Ministry of Finance, Oman Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Oman LNG and National Bank of Oman.

Ahmed holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Banking & Financial Sciences from Al Yarmouk University, Jordan, and has completed his Masters of Business Administration from Bedfordshire University.

Maktoom joined OGC in 2008 as Development Director. He has a total experience of 16 years through his work with Petroleum Development Oman and other companies in the Oil and Gas industry and various major projects. He has contributed in constructing, managing, and operating the LNG upstream facilities, Saih Nihayda cluster and Kauther cluster. In addition to OGC job, Maktoom is also a member of the Technical Committees of both BP Oman and Oman Oil Company E&P Abu Tubul gas developments.

Maktoom holds a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Wales, UK.

Nasser joined OGC in 2006 as HR & Admin Manager. He brings with him over 27 years of experience in HR, training, aviation and media. During his career Nasser was associated with Government and Public Sectors in Oman and UAE.

Nasser holds a diploma in Aviation Meteorology from Civil Aviation College in Qatar.
