  4. The supply of reliable & uninterrupted natural gas to its customers’ utmost satisfaction.

To achieve our commitment we will:

  1. Identify the needs and expectations of the customers.
  2. Develop & provide resources to bring the QMS in compliance with ISO 9001:2015.
  3. Comply with relevant regulations of the sultanate and all documentation system requirements of the company.
  4. Manage gas transportation facilities integrity to maximize and prolong its lifecycle & ability to meet present and future delivery demands.
  5. Maintain close contact with customers on issues affecting them like gas supply and system integrity.
  6. Train employees on the use & implementation of the QMS documentation system.
  7. Conduct audits & inspections and take corrective actions on findings.
  8. Insist that quality is a line responsibility and quality control aspects shall be implemented by line managers and supervisors.
  9. Ensure that commitment to quality remains fundamental and paramount so that we continually improve all aspects of the business.
  10. Develop & Maintain good working relationships with government agencies, client & customer representatives, natural gas suppliers and contractors.

Our HSE Policy

Health, Safety and Environment is an integral part of our operations and is the fundamental responsibility of all employees who are trained to prevent accidents and are in charge of universal safety standards.

OGC is committed to:

  1. Prevent injury and ill health by providing a healthy work environment for all employees to conduct their roles and responsibilities
  2. Provide training to all employees to ensure they understand the risks pertaining to their acts/ omissions and appropriate controls including policies, procedures and practices.
  3. Ensure a safe workplace for all employees and others who are directly or indirectly under the sphere of OGC influence.
  4. Protect the environment by determining and controlling significant aspects and its associated impacts including prevention of pollution. 
  5. Foster a workplace-environment where continual improvement and learning from our mistakes is embraced by all employees.Abide by the Royal Decrees, Ministerial Decisions and any other requirements to which OGC subscribes.
