The company organised recently the 1st Staff Business Engagement Meeting themed “Driving Excellence”, reflecting the company’s achievements over the past 15 glorious years.
The meeting aimed to instill business objectives and values as well as promote employees’ loyalty towards the company. Such meetings will urge employees to contribute to the company’s success journey through lifting up their performance and overall work efficiency.
At the onset of the meeting, the new employees, who joined OGC family in the past months, were warmly welcomed onboard and thanked for their contributions as well as urged to bring their best of efforts. Employees were also briefed on the past year’s achievements in all spheres of the business and the latest corporate updates and progress. The recently implemented programs and latest business highlights of the different directorates and departments at OGC were presented.
Part of OGC’s employees’ development techniques, an interactive session was held to enlighten employees with the best practices for driving excellence at work. During the meeting, an open dialogue session with the leadership team was conducted in which future plans, procedures and major challenges were brought to discussion.
In conclusion to the meeting, awards were presented to Employees of the Months and OGC’s football champions who recently won the 2nd place at the second edition of the Football Tournament for Authorities and Government Companies organised by the Public Authority for Electricity and Water.
